Our Services
Seven Star provides premium chauffeur-driven transport services, including airport transfers, corporate travel, special events, weddings and group transport across Adelaide and surrounding areas using a fleet of luxury vehicles.
Bookings & Reservations
- Bookings can be made via our website, online booking system, phone or email
- A booking is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from Seven Star
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off and contact details
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, late-night travel or extended hours beyond the booked duration
Pricing & Payment
All fares are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our online booking partner or in person, as agreed at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, public holidays and special requests.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full fare or a cancellation fee
- We will do our best to accommodate changes to bookings, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability
- Seven Star reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or vehicle breakdown, and will offer an alternative or refund where applicable
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and other passengers. Seven Star reserves the right to refuse or end a journey if a passenger's behaviour is abusive, unsafe, or causes damage to the vehicle. Any costs arising from damage caused by a passenger, including cleaning fees, will be charged to the passenger.
Liability
While we take every care to provide a safe and reliable service, Seven Star is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend allowing additional travel time for time-sensitive journeys such as flights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.
